Beth has a combined 10+ years of administrative and human resource experience. She received her Bachelor of Science, Business – Human Resource Management degree from Western Governors University in 2020. She holds multiple professional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), earned in 2025, the International Association of Professional Organizations Certification (IAPOC) life experience certification from the IAP Career College (May 2023), and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (July 2023). Beth is a current member of all three organizations, as well as the Northeast South Dakota SHRM Chapter, where she was named 2023 HR Professional of the Year.

Beth specializes in fractional administrative and human resource services for a wide range of industries. She provides both remote and in-person support to her clients, with her “favorite” services being benefits administration, safety and compliance, and data entry and analysis.

An active member of the Watertown community, Beth serves on various local boards and associations. She resides near Watertown with her husband Mark, their daughters Lorelei and Ellie, and their Border Collie, Molly. In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, sewing, and traveling.
