Beth has a combined 10 years administrative and human resources experience. She received her Bachelor of Science, Business – Human Resource Management degree from Western Governors University in 2020. She obtained the International Association of Professional Organizations Certification (IAPOC) life experience certification through the IAP Career College in May of 2023, and her Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification through the Society for Human Resource Management in July of 2023. Beth is a current member of both organizations, as well as the Northeast South Dakota SHRM Chapter, where she was named 2023 HR Professional of the year. She resides near Watertown with her husband Mark, their daughter Lorelei, and Border Collie Molly. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
