Warne Plumbing and Heating, LLC is currently seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our company. We are committed to providing excellent commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing and heating services. Candidate should possess mechanical knowledge and skills, the ability to work in multiple environments and be dependable and organized.

The Journeyman Plumber assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, or fixtures of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, heating, and other piping systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. The Journeyman Plumber is also responsible for delivering high-quality work and productivity.

This is a full-time position with additional hours as needed.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager works as a key resource within the sales and marketing team by managing the planning and execution of retail, wholesale, and account-specific marketing promotions and programs. You will build strategies, tools, and tactics to drive growth and profitability. Accountabilities include supporting the Sr. Marketing Manager for Consumer Diabetes and Animal Health while working with the sales team to achieve sales and profits through our retail and wholesale partners, participation in business review meetings, budgeting and tracking marketing spend while developing business and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive the retail and wholesale marketing strategy for customers, assisting in the management of the marketing budget and review of ROI to maximize marketing spend.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team along with retail and wholesale account contacts to develop a deep understanding of the Consumer Diabetes and Animal Health business segments to provide sales strategies, drive share, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute annual wholesale marketing and promotion plans.
  • Develop and implement account specific programs and promotions to drive awareness, adoption and sales.
  • Develop and implement programs and campaigns to retain and grow business with targeted customer groups using tactics such as email campaigns, direct mail, sampling, and loyalty programs.
  • Develop and implement campaigns to targeted audiences to create new sales leads.
  • Lead content marketing strategy, including development of editorial calendar and production of high-quality content to increase customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Develop sales collateral and presentations for sales team to communicate key business opportunities to their accounts.
  • Support tradeshow, conference, and event marketing through pre-, during, and post-show communication strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and inform teams of all key customer KPIs relating to the marketing tactics.
  • Effectively utilize internal and external vendor partners to execute tactics across multiple channels.
  • Utilize strong project management skills in managing various work streams and initiatives.
  • Drive impactful business solutions and positive change, encouraging, motivating and empowering others and helping others succeed.

Requirements:

  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing team members to develop strategy and execute tactics within an organization.
  • Proficient with Outlook, Hubspot, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (advanced PowerPoint skills required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of multi-tasking and ability to handle a high-pressure environment while meeting project deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience. Experience to pharmacies and vet clinics is a plus.
  • Involved in managing the execution of marketing strategies to retail and wholesale while setting and managing appropriate expectations for relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
